Whats New in Iphone 4.3 Update ?

IPhone 4.3 Update has been released. So what are you thinking whats new in this update.
I have gathered some information from WWW and here is the result.

1. Personal Hotspot.. You wan to turn your iphone in to your personal hotspot ... wait a minute
Personal Hotspot can turn your iphone into Wifi Router.

2. Multi Touch Gesture- for Ipad . For Ipad user, you can use your 5 finger gestures. Wooow all 5 finger together to make your experience greater.

3. New font “Noteworthy” added to iPad.

4. New Message Alert System.

5.FaceTime Gets A New Icon: 4.3 Update Comes up with this new Icon. But Personally i did't like it.
